2nd Line Support, Desktop Support, Support Analyst, Windows, Microsoft, Bristol Our client an industry leading organisation based in Bristol seek to hire an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to work on a permanent basis. This role is to provide 2nd Line Support to our UK user base, you will work as part of a team of 2nd Line Support engineers to ensure our systems are available during our core business hours but also outside business hours. You will also be required to provide support to the group's other offices through remote access software or by travelling to site. You will be responsible for resolving all hardware and software problems that arise and liaise with 3rd party suppliers/vendors on an as need basis. Daily duties of the successful 2nd Line Support engineer: - Day to day 2nd Line support. - Work as part of a larger team to provide support to the UK - Along with daily support work you will be required to carry out project work as requested - Travel is required to support other offices, so a clean driving license is required The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will possess the following skills and experience: - Windows Operating Systems - Strong troubleshooting skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Willing to travel as required. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Productivity Applications. - Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry preferential - Educated to degree level preferably in a technical area. - Microsoft certifications preferable For more information and a full job description then please apply. 2nd Line Support, Desktop Support, Support Analyst, Windows, Microsoft, Bristol
