Job Title - Performance and Reporting Assistant Location - Reading RSAR Rates - £200.00 / £250.00 per day In Scope of IR35 About the role/project: The successful candidate will be part of the western modernisation programme that focuses on large improvement schemes including, Reading station delivery, Oxford improvement and great western electrification programme. You will be focusing on - cost management, forecasting and budgeting. What you will do: You will be asked to monitor and report against programme plans and performance objectives, highlighting variance from plan, risks and corrective actions. You will also be asked to provide an effective reporting service to the Programme Management organisation, meeting all day-day delivery requirements. - Provide an effective day-day service to the Performance & Reporting Analyst on cost forecasting and reporting. - Provide an analysis of the project and programme information, looking for anomalies and key trends against the recorded baselines. - Monitor the application of project change control checking & reviewing that issues; requests and orders are tracked and reported through to completion and any at-risk works are recorded and values published to the programme management team. - Monitor so that data inputted into cost and performance systems meets data standards. - Preparing organization charts - Document review on change papers to make sure these official documents meet the standards. - Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and actions and distribute to project team - Preparing financial forecasts including COWD and accruals - Prepare monthly, weekly reports to management on cost/schedule and performance. - Review actual expenses to make sure accurate billings been recorded against the budget and make reconciliations for project management periodically.
