Development Role: Contracts and Compliance Officer Tunbridge Wells Salary: £20,500 with an additional out of hours allowance after training in the role. Permanent - 37 hours per week Monday to Friday The Role: We have a fantastic development opportunity within our contracts and compliance team. As an essential member of the team, you will act as a point of contact for information and advice on compliance activities and day to day enquiries. You will initially provide administrative support to the team, organising appointments, arranging diaries and liaising with contractors, outside agencies and other departments to coordinate activities. As you develop within the role and the organisation, you will be provided with on the job training and development opportunities to enable you to progress within the Group. The Ideal Candidate: This role would be suited to a dedicated and ambitious person that has good IT skills and can plan and organise well. You should be able to demonstrate good communication skills and an ability to provide great customer service. Experience in an administrative role would be an advantage along with an ability to process reports and analyse data. You should be interested in pursuing a career in housingand motivated to develop your skills to enable you to do so.
