Regional Financial Controller Job in Liverpool for a National Charity. Salary £43000 to £53000

Your new role
As regional financial controller you will manage a team of finance business partners who work around the North West region supporting the operational managers delivering these vital services.
Based in Liverpool you will be responsible for the control and management of the budget ensuring that services are being delivered and that financial management is in place.
Your responsibilities will cover budgeting, forecasting, developing 3 year plans and supporting the general manager with financial planning and projects. You'll also support any tenders or applications for funding.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with ideally 5 years post qualification experience. You will have experience of leading a team of finance staff. You will have strong budget setting and budget management experience and will be able to demonstrate how you have worked with non finance managers. In addition it would be an advantage if you have worked for a charity or a not for profit organisation, or can demonstrate an understanding of the sector.
Financial Modelling skills would be advantageous.
