Michael Page are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join an established team. This is a 7 month fixed term contract, starting asap.
Leading provider to their clients, based in the North East, covering the UK and Ireland.
Performing month end close including posting journals, reconciliations and completion of month end reporting packs
- Raising sales invoices once agreed with the business leads and performing credit control activities (small client base)
- Processing payroll
- -Complete UK VAT return for submission to Group
-Approve expenses and complete expenses payment run
-Review & approve purchase ledger runs
-Finance system IT maintenance
- Make payments from the bank account
- Support management team on forecast and budgets
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Experience of budget and forecast processes
It would be desirable to have VAT return experience, Payroll experience, System migration experience
7 month fixed term contract within an established team. Opportunity to business partner working within a market leading company
