This is a great opportunity for a SQL Software Support Analyst with strong 2nd & or 3rd line support skills to join an exciting highly successful software house as a key member of the Service Desk Support team. - Have you worked in 2nd and 3rd line application support before? - Do you have in depth knowledge of SQL? And hold the ability to write SQL / TSQL queries in order to fix data issues? - Are you able to use your technical skills to identify and resolve problems as quickly as possible? - Is installing software updates, working with MS Office, Windows Server and Operating systems as familiar to you as the back of your hand?
