IT Support - Service Desk - Helpdesk - 1st Line Support We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician for a contract until 31st March 2018. You will be required to provide first line support for IT infrastructure, system, TCP/IP networks and video-conferencing/ AV equipment to a variety of users. Please note this position is inside scope of IR35 Essential skills - - Previous service / helpdesk experience - Call logging experience - Experience of supporting Microsoft products - Experience of supporting Windows 7,8 and 10 - Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge Desirable skills - - Experience of working in the public sector - Experience of Video-conferencing / AV equipment - Experience of Active Directory - Remote support experience If you have the skills and experience required for this position please send me your CV for consideration.
