Well Being Advisor - (Qualified RNA) Hours: 33 hours per week Salary: £27,633 (16.06 per hour) Location: Hughenden Gardens, Hughenden Road, HIgh Wycombe A qualified RNA with current NMC PIN, you will create a programme of health and well being promotion within the village, as well as providing drop in sessions and delivering well being checks for our residents. Recognising that well being means lifestyle as well as medical matters, you will work closely with resident volunteers and team members in fitness and catering, promoting opportunities for residents to actively improve their health and well being. You will be required to assess all new residents that move into the village, as well as see users of our service from the local area. The ExtraCare Charitable Trust enables older people to enjoy a healthier, happier and more independent future by integrating their homes, care and lifestyle. Founded in 1988, ExtraCare is a registered charity based in Coventry. It operates 3,848 homes within 14 retirement villages and 17 smaller housing schemes. Each village or scheme has 5 to 18 social, health and leisure facilities that are accessible to more than 4,400 residents 3,000 volunteers and local people representing all age groups living in surrounding communities. ExtraCare's 60 Charity Shops help fund care and well-being services for older people living in its villages and schemes. Hughenden Gardens is our first retirement Village in High Wycombe.
