An exciting role for an Roadshow Coordinator within a City based Investment Firm.

You will have experience providing exceptional administrative support as an administrator, Team Assistant or PA, have excellent organisational and teamwork skills as well a real interest in the Roadshow space.

Responsibilities:

- Process roadshow itineraries accurately with the emphasis on attention to detail
- Set up in-house group roadshow and client meetings
- Set up AV equipment and accept attendees
- Book travel for staff and clients liaising with a travel agent and using internet travel search engines
- Process roadshow invoices and trip expenditure related costs
- Preparation of investor documents

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of administrative experience ideally gained within a similar role
- Strong academic background advantageous
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Great teamwork skills, a real team player
