A Senior Helpdesk Analyst is required for this renowned company based in Surrey. This role is pivotal to the wider perception of the IT department in that it provides the primary point of contact for the end-User and IT Helpdesk Manager. A professional, efficient and effective service is therefore at the core of this position. The role:- - To provide helpdesk support to all staff - Management of user accounts - Assist with preperation of documents and reports - Update intranet web pages - Installation of new equipment Experience required: - - Windows Support - Apple Mac Support - 1st Line Support using remote software - Management of SLA response time through incident tracking - Active Directory - Excellent Customer Service skills - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Experience of updating web pages
