- Deputy CIO - Leading Manufacturing - Working closely with our leadership team, you'll take overall accountability for the IT. - Strong Relationship Management. To continually develop the company's IT services - line of business, infrastructure and bespoke applications. To manage resources and staff to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT. Description Deputy CIO / Business Relationship Management - Working closely with our leadership team, you'll take overall accountability for the IT pipeline for Group and Produce, ensuring we clearly understand the commercial drivers, business cases, technology approach and interdependencies for each initiative in our programme. - To continually develop the company's IT services - line of business, infrastructure and bespoke applications. To manage resources and staff to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT. Specific Skills - Working understanding and knowledge of Software Development and Business Analysis. - Have an organised and structured approach to managing work load and resolving issues. - Ability to work to and achieve agreed deadlines - Practical application and working understanding and knowledge of AD, GPOs, Exchange 07/10/13, SQL 2005/08/12/12R2, Office 365, Firewalls, Citrix, VMware. - Must be able to prioritise. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Persuasive with users when influencing and implementing changes. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. Expert in stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication - Proficient in influencing, persuasion and negotiation - Proficient in delivering presentations and planning - Understanding of developments in the application of IS and ability to assimilate and interpret advice from specialists - technical or otherwise. - Understanding of project management activities and processes - Has good commercial awareness.
