Our client in Birkenhead is currently expanding following being awarded a Government based campaign. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop within the role. Starts are scheduled for October with interviews being held locally. You will possess an excellent telephone manner with good verbal and written communication skills, have a confident personality with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer queries with ease. Your duties will include: - Processing new applications for bonds advising customers and assisting with withdrawals - Request information from customers via telephone and email correspondence - Liaising with various departments - Deal with claims and Power of Attorney - Assisting customers with password resets following verification of DPA - Liaise with Solicitors - Sending emails to back office administration for actions to be taken - Case Management, ownership of calls and point of contact for customers - Updating internal database with all call log information - £7.50p/h initially rising to £8.00p/h and a permanent contract after 3 months - you will be working for a state of the art call centre in Birkenhead - full pension and incentives are offered after a qualifying period - we can offer hours and days to suit around University and commitments We are looking for Full Time or part time 16 - 40 hours per week working flexibly across Monday-Sunday 5 out of 7 days between 9am-10pm - 5pm-10pm or weekends. All roles are subject to satisfactory credit and DBS checks. All positions will be reviewed after an initial 13 week period for a permanent based contract.
