Communications Executive -Grantham A Communications Executive is required by a major employer in Grantham, where you will develop and deliver compelling and timely communications to key audiences, to support major new programmes. The Communications Executive sits within the PR & Communications team, contributing to the overall communications strategy and business plans, including PR and communications, marketing, website, digital collaboration platforms and e-communications management strategies. As Communications Executive, you will develop comprehensive corporate and stakeholder communications plans to support specific work streams and bring strategies and plans to life. This will include preparation of campaign briefs and plans for design and print agency partners, and management of those campaigns. Person Profile - Previous experience in a fast-moving communications environment, including specific experience in preparing digital copy and dealing with diverse stakeholder communities. - Confident and natural communicator, able to write clear, compelling copy that is tailored for different audiences and situations. - Strong ability to multi-task and problem solve, with proven conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking skills. - A highly motivated individual who will thrive as part of a small team or on his/her own initiative. Key Accountabilities - Ensure content is professional, clearly messaged, meets audience needs and grows profile in-line with brand, marketing and communication objectives. - Responsible for identifying key messages and ensuring that they are delivered to a high standard, on time, using the appropriate tools and techniques. - Manage communications projects' content, formatting, co-ordination and structure. - Investigate and implement new channels and frameworks to ensure the organisation is seen as a modern, 'digital' communicator. - Assist with the development of business plans publications and wider reporting. - Deliver all communications within the agreed communications framework, ensuring best practice content, style guides and electronic channels to enhance reputation. - Working closely with the Head of Communications to design and deliver an effective communications strategy for each stakeholder group. - Manage newsletters and communications, writing and seeking copy from internal divisions, regions and branches; editing, proofing and publishing as required. Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and integration in approach. - Manage and develop the online presence and other web sites for which the organization is responsible or manages on behalf of another organization.
