A service company in Twickenham are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Technician to join their team. If you have a MS Certified Administrator qualification or equivalent, then you may be the Technician we're looking for. What will you be doing? As a Senior Infrastructure Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of ICT support to clients and customers, covering servers, network, applications, desktops, laptops and mobile devices. You'll have the ability to handle customer enquires where needed, focusing on 2nd and 3rd line tickets escalated by 1st/2nd line Infrastructure Technicians. In addition to this, you'll show confidence when building relationships with hardware and software suppliers and service providers. What skills/experience should you have? - Significant experience working in service desk environments - 1st - 3rd line, using ITIL compliant service desk ticketing systems - An understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 and Windows Server 2008 & 2012, including Active Directory administration and Group Policy management, systems imaging and deployment - Knowledge of virtualised environments and VDI - Citrix and VMWare 5/6 - Experience of supporting productivity suites: Microsoft Exchange 2010 / Exchange Online and Microsoft Office, ideally Office 2010 and Office 365 - Experience of supporting and configuring a VOIP System Who will you be working for?
