Lead Java Developer - Bristol - £45,000 - £55,000 Senior Java Developer to take the technical lead on one of the largest digital projects in the UK. Tech stack includes Java / J2EE, JMS, Web Services, Microservices / SPA architecture, agile working environment and the potential for flexible working. Role: Lead Java Developer Location: Central Bristol Key skills: Java, J2EE, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS As a Lead Developer you can expect to be heavily involved in: - Defining technical solutions, standards and frameworks - Leading code reviews - Influencing decisions on tooling - Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement .. .. as well as writing great Java code. To apply you will be a Senior Developer with expert knowledge of Java / J2EE technology. You will have proven agile experience and exposure to some of; Linux, Microservices architecture, UX design principles, JIRA, Maven, Git, TeamCity. In addition you will be a great communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences.
