Digital Marketing Manager - major employer in Grantham A Digital Marketing Manager is required by a major employer in Grantham. Reporting to the Head of Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for execution of digital marketing strategies, to maximise audience engagement opportunities and brand visibility through the delivery of high-quality digital marketing programmes. You will have knowledge and experience across a wide range of digital marketing platforms including Web/Social Media and Analytics (Google Analytics or similar), and you will have strong writing skills, able to create high-quality and engaging content. Responsibilities include: - Strive to exceed digital marketing targets - Build an ongoing understanding of the business to optimise programmes and content across all digital marketing channels - Seek out web content opportunities from across the business - Monitor and report on digital programme effectiveness using analytics tools - Continuously learn and utilise the latest digital marketing techniques - Gather, analyse and interpret key industry trends and competitor behaviour - Developing a good understanding of all areas of the business including revenue management and digital and repeat customer activity to ensure digital marketing channels are delivering business requirements - Understanding customer profiles and segments to help deliver targeted content - Liaise confidently, professionally and efficiently with other members of the team, including senior management Skills /Abilities - Confident, knowledgeable and determined, with excellent communication skills - Understanding of digital marketing principles across digital channels including content creation, analytics, social media, SEO and SEM - Organised and efficient in planning time - Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
