Helpdesk Support Analyst (1st & 2nd Line) Our client, a leading provider of software solutions, seek a Helpdesk Support Analyst to be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line telephone and remote support to customers on their bespoke software. The Helpdesk Support Analyst must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a helpdesk / service desk environment, providing technical support, applications support, customer support or software support. Working with bespoke software and/or business systems along with good general understanding of Microsoft operating systems. You will be managing queries through to resolution and escalating unresolved problems where required. Experience supporting or working on SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle databases and the ability to write simple queries in SQL or have had some experience of working with SQL to extract data from within databases would be of distinct interest to our client, though not essential as training will be provided. Individuals must live within daily commuting distance of Peterborough, be highly customer focused' demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal and have the confidence and ability to liaise with users at all levels.
