IT Support / Service Desk / Technical Support candidate required for a well-known and household brand with offices in Chessington. You will work within a large IT team and will support all internal users with IT issues. Purpose of the role: The purpose of this role is to provide IT Support (1st and 2nd line support).The post holder will perform a broad range of technical or professional work activities in relation to issues with laptops, PCs and handheld devices. Specific Skills - Is an efficient and conscientious record keeper, with good communication skills, and a methodical approach to problem solving, using appropriate tools. - Has a good inter-personal skill. Is well organised and practical with a logical, analytical approach to problem solving.
