Digital Marketing Manager Blackburn Upto £40k doe We are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing business based in Blackburn to help grow the company profile across their different brands. The marketing department are responsible for the entire groups inbound enquiries through practises including SEO, content, PPC, social media, PR and design. The ideal candidate will manage and motivate their team and work closely with the CEO and Sales Director. The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop new strategies, analyse performance and suggest innovative ideas to ensure that our objectives are achieved. Main Responsibilities - Have full control of both online and offline marketing strategies and develop SEO and PPC strategies to assist with the implementation of this - Manage and motivate the team of PPC, Social, Design and SEO specialists - Provide innovative and fresh ideas to increase business - Identify niche markets that can be targeted - Ensure all advertising is FCA compliant - In addition to online marketing, look at other areas that can be utilised to attain new customers - Provide regular reports and feed these back to the MD and sales director - Liaise with other departments to discuss any ideas/issues and implement any new customer incentives To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a managerial position within digital marketing. You will be motivated and confident and be able to generate required levels of business whilst maintaining the company's marketing budget.
