The Role: Working as part of a small team, duties will involve: Assisting with the purchase ledger function Processing invoices (Sage Line 50) Inputting orders onto Sage and follow process through to producing delivery informatio Supplier Statement reconciliation Query resolution Responding and follow up to customers in a positive and friendly manner Adopt company ethos of providing top class service to customers and colleagues Dealing with after sales queries and follow through to full satisfactory resolution Produce stock reports and assist with run rates to maintain stock levels Production of accurate weekly and monthly reports as requested (Sage & Excel) Ability to analyse, organise and present numerical data Assist with management of pricing and stock codes Essential Criteria 5 GCSE passes including grade C minimum in Maths and English Language Previous experience working with Sage 50 & MS Excel Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Strong people skills and ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels Work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility to assist in sales office and accounts department Strong analytical skills and good decision maker Can prioritise workload in a busy environment to achieve work objectives Desirable Criteria Experience of working in a fast moving wholesale environment Experience of working with sales and stock reports Ability to extract relevant information for reports as requested Please contact Lizzy Lyons on ************ at your earliest convenience, and email an up to date cv Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
