SCRUM Master job, Edinburgh, £48K-60K for a retail bank.

Your new company
This retail bank are currently expanding their CIO function. As a result of this they require a SCRUM master to join their new development team, based in Edinburgh.

Your new role
You will be responsible for developing a bank wide understanding of how to apply agile processes. You will play a key part in the build of integration services which will form the basis of the banks digital projects in the future. You will chair workshops to ensure appropriate buy in and understanding of the methodology and ensure any problems are solved effectively and without blame.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced SCRUM master having worked in an agile environment throughout your career. You will understand when the use of flow and iteration approaches should be used. As well as possessing a deep understanding of different agile engineering practices, such as automation, TDD and BDD. Having a knowledge of banking products and systems will be beneficial to securing this position, but is a must have in this instance.

What you'll get in return
