Project Engineer - 34087 £21.61ph Ltd 26 Weeks Warwickshire Based A contract opportunity has become available, to work within the Automotive Industry supporting Issue Management within the Electrical department. Position Description: The Electrical Quality team are responsible for delivering the targets set by the business for Electrical Electronic Systems Engineer Quality. The team operate in an exciting, dynamic environment progressing the resolution of quality issues effecting customers in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Lead PR-AIMs start up meetings - Represent EE Quality team in Whole Life Plan and Sufficiency Plan meetings, including compiling latest status pack & gaining CoC support where required - Report latest status of PR-AIMs and Sufficiency Plans - Maintaining the required level of engagement from core CoC teams to resolve PR-AIMs, 8D Projects, 6 Sigma Projects - Assigning PR-AIMs to the correct functional area, champions and track to pend and closure at AIM2 system. - Identifying areas for improvement to reduce the time to close PR-AIMs" REQUIRED: 1. Capable of working in a reactive environment - Can do attitude with passion to learn and develop 2. Familiar with tools and techniques to ensure robust problem resolution i.e. Six Sigma, 8D 3. Previous experience of working in the automotive industry or for an automotive supplier Complete understanding of customer quality data Experience Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified Qualified to degree level in an Engineering discipline Project management Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel & Powerpoint Knowledge of (AIMs/ AIM2, IQM/ PAWS) Additional Information : Role would be suitable for an Engineer with experience in Quality (OEM or Supplier) To Apply: Please send an up to date CV Thanks Aishah Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
