Based in Milton Keynes, our contact centres are well placed to help customers with the flexibility and service our customers have come to expect. We're currently recruiting for a Lead Generation Communicator within our Head Office in Milton Keynes. You'll work as part of a high performing team to make outbound telemarketing calls to our customers providing a smooth and efficient service within a busy and highly regulated Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) environment. You'll be a crucial part of the Lead Generation team, creating the contact point for our customers to soft sell and generate leads that will eventually convert to the sale of a new or used Mercedes-Benz. Working to understand your customers' requirements and ensuring you can deliver the right service, you will use your initiative and experience to create the right experience for customers. You'll build rapport, create trust and present a credible and ethical process which ensures the customer is fully informed and aware of all of the information the FCA regulations may require us to disclose. You'll also respond to customer queries and ensure these are answered efficiently, whilst being thorough and offering a one call resolution wherever possible. About you To be successful, you will already have proven customer service experience within a contact centre environment. You'll able to absorb information quickly and prioritise your work to make outbound calls when required with an ability to work with a range of information in one transaction. You will be comfortable explaining complex details to people in a straight forward way and you'll be patient and articulate. You have had experience of balancing a busy and often unpredictable workload with a commitment to service and you're seeking that next step to really make your mark on service excellence. As well as the above, candidates should demonstrate all of the following to be considered further for the role: - Good telephone skills - Effective communication skills, verbal and written - High levels of organisational and administrative skills - Works well within a team and takes personal responsibility for your own actions - Additionally, the following skills would be desired: - Knowledge of the Motor industry and Mercedes-Benz products - Proven, successful outbound contact centre experience Benefits Salary £20,000 with an annual bonus potential of 8% + 23 days holiday + free parking + a structured training programme. Your contractual hours will be 37.5 hours a week. The hours required for this role are 8.5 hours per day with an unpaid hour lunch; these hours will be between 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday.
