Serco ITSS creates and runs IT systems for the rest of Serco. Serco ITSS is the delivery arm of Serco`s Information Services (IS) function and focuses on efficient and effective IS delivery.





A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two Change Managers to join the ITS Service Management Team.





As a Change Manager, you will report into the Service Operations Manager. You will manage changes to the IT infrastructure and supporting organisation to deliver a cost effective and sustained level of availability that enables the business to satisfy its objectives to meet the business requirements.





In this role, you will focus on ownership of all changes requested for the ITS Services and drive a thorough risk-based assessment and authorisation of changes to ensure that the changes have no detrimental impact on the provision of ITS Services.





About you:



  • ITIL Foundation qualification

Previous experience with Change Management
Excellent working knowledge of service management processes
Experience working in a large corporate environment with experience of outsourced services
Exceptional communicator, a sound influencer with the ability to communicate at all organisational levels and quickly build relationships
Good customer service skills, and able to proactively manage customer expectations.
Strong time management and efficiency skills, organised and delivery focused, good planning skills, and process driven.
Strong report writing skills
A team player but with the ability to work on own incentive and under pressure
A self-starter with a determination to succeed balanced with appropriate tact and diplomacy.
Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)

In addition, you will have the ability to bring diverse groups together in a collaborative approach to assess change and identify standard changes, and possess excellent presentation skills to be able to present key messages, challenges and solutions, at all levels.





You should be able to gain a UK Security Standard clearance.
