Field Coach Trainer Field Based North Region
The Ralph Lauren Experience Coach Trainer is responsible for the regular delivery of in-store training and coaching interventions to increase employee skills, drive employee performance and employee engagement to support stores’ commercial targets.
POSITION SCOPE (100% field based)Animate in-store high-impact training interventions and deliver individual bespoke coaching sessions, constantly modelling themselves as a leading example of excellence / Brand Ambassador:Provide the in-store training delivery of the PFS Training Programme (with a strong focus on RL Experience 2.0, Brand Culture, Product Knowledge, and commercial awareness skills) Provide collective and one-to-one coaching interventions, both on the job (at point of need) and off the floor (scheduled events). Deliver coaching and training activities to AGMs / CEMs / CEAs / CES in store giving one-to-one constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure a consistent customer and operational focus and inspire the teams to deliver resultsObserve and identify talent, and feedback on people development opportunities to the GM and Retail Training ManagerSupports the delivery of new stores’ onboarding training programmeSupports the delivery of new starters’ onboarding programme, monitoring their training and development throughout 90 day induction period, including the customization of materials such as the GMs onboardingDevelop strong business relations with business partners/departments to ensure a ‘win-win’ approachCreate a working environment that allows creativity, strong work ethic and a passion for the RL brandAct as a RL ambassador internally and externally, coaching the teams to do the same Ensure Company L&D policies and procedures are communicated and followed and that all issues are communicated appropriately to the Flagship GM and P&D ManagerMonitor, measure and report on training/coaching results, providing feedback on development opportunities and requirements to the Retail Training Manager:·Work closely with the Retail Training Manager and Store GMs to adapt and customize training plan for each store to support sales growth, customer experience excellence and to guarantee the respect of and adherence the Ralph Lauren values·Provides regular reports to the Retail Training Manager to evaluate all learning, training & development processes , and KPIs in their stores to ensure we deliver the right return on investment ·Actively plan and manage their stores’ training calendars and training administration processes
REQUIREMENTSExperience within a world-class training environmentInternational mindset, with an understanding of various cultural shopping habits (Europe, Chinese, US, Middle East)Fluent in English with a second EU language strongly desiredAbility to drive business and exceptional service culture through training and coaching of store teams Proven track record with people development and in building productive internal or external relationshipsExcellent listening and observation skillsMust possess a true passion for elevated service and the client experience Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas and speak in small and large group settingsStrong computer skills (PowerPoint, MS Office) requiredExcellent organizational skills; effective time-management skillsAbility to manage details, deadlines and balancing multiple prioritiesAvailability to travel
