A fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in the oil & gas sector. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the company's oil and gas sector in the UK, this includes the positioning of the engineered solutions portfolio and the adaptation of marketing materials (both global and regional) for the local market. The Role - Responsible for any local Product launches - Provide support during the tender process - Responsible for the development of the marketing plan. - Ensuring customer satisfaction, dealing with customer complaints and resolving any issues customers may have with the quality of products. - Manage and prioritise Demo activity in general - Maintain market, competitors and customer information and data to aid in following any market trends and develop the best marketing strategy for the company's product range. - Budget responsible for demo-devices and demo costs - Responsible for internal training of new and existing products/ services - Work closely with the sales manager to agree on a strategy for must-win deals. - Analyse sales funnel with reference to their segment, discuss with sales manager specific actions to improve sales probabilities and identify underlying causes in case of underperformance. - Co-responsible with Sales Manager to set up an agreement with local management any preventive actions required to be taken. - Internally communicate new developments regarding products or the market. Candidate - Possess a university degree or equivalent business experience - Have relevant business experience (preferably In the Oil & Gas segment) - Organisational skills - Customer orientation - Ability to influence, to lead without authority.
