What you will do: - Support the use of the CIBS Risk Management Framework and Protiviti system across the business in accordance with Divisional and Group requirements. - Support management with the development and maintenance of their Risk Registers - Assist management with the identification, analysis and evaluation of risks - Challenge management on risks that have been recorded. - Where required by the client assist management with the development of a Controls Risk Self- Assessment (CRSA) process. - Provider clear, pragmatic guidance and support to the business on regulatory issues. - Support the provision of regulatory compliance related training to the business as determined by the Risk and Compliance manager. Your experience will include: - Solid compliance experience is essential, ideally within a life & pensions or general insurance environment. - Ideally some knowledge of relevant financial services regulations, risk management frameworks and risk reporting. - Ideally some knowledge of business continuity, information security and financial crime requirements / practices. - Education to degree level desirable. - Good Excel & Word skills - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels What's in it for you?
