Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD) - Northumberland Adult LD & MH - up to £37K + benefits! An exciting opportunity for a senior RMN/RNLD has arisen at my client's private service in Northumberland. My client is looking to pay up to £37K for the right candidate, and the role is based on 40hrs p/w with the expectation to work some nights and weekends. The hospital specialises in treating adults with complex, enduring learning disabilities and associated mental and physical health conditions that limit their ability to lead independent lives. Up to 15 individuals are registered to use the service, and work with a designated healthcare professional to enhance quality of life, develop social and essential skills and encourage independence. You will provide strong leadership across the service in conjunction with the Service Manager, and deputise in the absence of them. Compliance with company policies, healthcare legislation and regulatory bodies will be a key part of your role, as well as providing sound clinical leadership that is person-centred.
