Service Desk Analyst

3- 6 month rolling contract

Based in Central London

£15- £17 per hour

Immediate start

H&R Talent are seeking an Immediately Available Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3- 6 month contract basis for a Media company based in Central London.

You will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line end- user support via the telephone, email and some face to face support across 3 sites. You will be working in a team of 4 reporting directly to the IT Manager.

Key Technical Skills:

*Windows 7/10

*Active Directory

*Exchange/ Office365

*MS Office

*VOIP phones

*Printer hardware/software support

*Desktop/ Laptop support/ build & troubleshooting

*Basic understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

The ideal candidate will have impeccable customer service skills and have a passion for what they do.
