Accounts and Office Administrator

A great opportunity for an Accounts and Office Administrator has arisen in a growing and highly successful company. You will join an energetic, highly dedicated and friendly team based at their Head Office in Rhyl.

The position of Accounts and Office Administrator is a full time permanent role of 39 hours per week, working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 17.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 16.00pm with 30 Minutes paid lunch break.

Accounts and Office Administrator key responsibilities & skills include;
  • Some aspects of Customer Service
  • Administration & Data Entry, use of CRM systems like Sales Force would be a distinct advantage
  • Using Sage Line 50 – Purchase and Sales Ledger, Credit Control
  • Entering on to and maintaining excel spreadsheets
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Organising and prioritising using Outlook Calendar
  • Working as part of a team, an outgoing professional personality
  • General administration duties

Good future career prospects are also offered along with the opportunity to receive on the job training.
Rate of pay is £8.97 per hour, an additional bonus of £0.60 per hour is also applicable after a three-month probation period.
