Test Analyst Manchester Up to £33,000 per annum Permanent My client is looking for a skilled Test Analyst who shares their values to join an exceptionally talented QA team. Your responsibilities You will take ownership of quality on whatever projects you may be working on. Ensuring what is delivered to the client meets our high expectations. You will work with the Head of QA to define the test strategy and plan for the projects. You will be responsible for writing and executing the test scripts and reporting the results. Your position You will sit within the QA team reporting to the Head of QA. The skills you should have - Expert knowledge of one of the main smartphone operating systems: iOS or Android - At least 2 years experience testing - Experience of exploratory testing techniques - Any experience with test automation is beneficial - ISEB Qualification is a bonus - Must have experience of using/creating appropriate documentation; Test strategy, test reports, test conditions, test cases, test procedures - Experience with test management, issue tracking and project management tools - Any experience working in an Agile development environment is useful Who they're looking for. - An excellent communicator, both verbal and written - Experience in gambling is a nice to have but experience on similar scale and complexity system is needed - Someone who is adaptable and able to pick up new techniques - Enjoys keeping up to date with advances in mobile and web technologies and how they can be applied to projects - Hard working and willing to go above and beyond learning new skills - Love working as part of a team and collaborating with others - An interest in troubleshooting and problem solving The good stuff. - Competitive salary - Employee of the month - Referral bonus - 25 days holiday a year in addition to bank holidays - Flexi-time - Company Pension Scheme - Childcare Voucher Scheme - Health cash plan - Brand new state of the art office space with a cosy breakout area and Wii U and PS4 consoles - In house canteen with seating area, pool & table tennis tables
