HEAD OF CONTENT MARKETING Content, Marketing, Digital, Manager, Strategy, Commercial/Customer. Based: Petersfield, Surrey Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits WANTED - Content Marketing Manager, focused purely in Content and able to manager a team of 3. This is the PERFECT job for a natural leader within the Content Marketing arena. Role Responsibilities - Define, execute, and measure Content Marketing Strategy - ensure all commercial & customer metrics are delivered. - Distribute dynamic and engaging content through key social platforms. - Drive, influence and support the development and maintance of all warm lead nurturing programmes. Work closely with the Direct Response Marketing to share best practices relating to download strategies, enhancement of landing pages and persona driven communications to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets. - Demonstrate effective leadership skills for delivering the strategy as well as anticipate likely risks and implement mitigation plans - provide key customer insights and learnings. - Apply creativity, problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions - Rapidly develop test/learn/test plans to successfully drive business results in the content arena Required Experience: - Strong proven experience within senior marketing - focused through content leadership. - Experience in creation and execution of marketing plans, strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities - Strategic thinker and strong leader with the ability to manage direct line reports, influence others and make sound decisions decisively based on data or insights - Ability to deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experience
