You & Your role;

We’re hiring a New Business Sales Executive for our Corporate New Business team in Manchester that is growing at a rapid rate! You’ll be responsible for winning new business from cold accounts within the corporate market & selling our suite of digital solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting from scratch, building and maintaining a sustainable and sufficiently large pipeline right the way through to client on-boarding.

We need a driven, tenacious, hunter with proven sales experience, ideally gained within a comparable industry sector, such as online recruitment advertising, recruitment consultancy, software/SaaS, media, digital, online and/or publishing.

Essential to this role is the ability to cold call, run solution based sales conversations with key business stakeholders and negotiate and win profitable contracts for Jobsite.co.uk.

Key Responsibilities:

    Generate, sell, negotiate, close and secure new business opportunities and achieve your monthly revenue target;Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities;Build firm relationships with prospective clients;Maintain information and keep up to date with industry news and information to ensure a good level of communication awareness at all times;Represent Jobsite.co.uk in a professional manner and to adhere to agreed sales standards internally and externally;Maintain accurate and up to date completion of administration tasks and duties as required and agreed by the company;Communicate accurate information to relevant departments, teams and clients as appropriate.
Key Experience & Skills Required:

    Proven B2B sales backgroundGood negotiation skills and the ability to command respect amongst senior decision makersEnthusiasm, drive and great communication skillsCommercially astute and competitiveConfident and proactive personalityComputer literate with the ability to use and master internal systems and MS Office suiteBe able to recognise and demonstrate the benefits of formal sales training
