Are you a Cost Controller, experienced in financial follow-up on major projects? If so, we have a very interesting contract role, based near to Edinburgh, for an initial 6-month period. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the delivery of a state-of-the-art Power Plant, and work for a major multi-national company, with lots of future work, both in the UK and abroad. Some of the core duties will include: - You will proactively ensure that budgeted projects are assessed and incorporated from a budgetary perspective with respect to turnover, contribution margin, cash flow and currency flow. - You will also ensure that your assigned projects are subjected to a financial follow-up, invoiced, evaluated and reported. - You will work in close collaboration with the project manager, other project controllers, the finance department as well as other relevant departments. - You will work in close collaboration with highly skilled and competent colleagues in a company that makes a real difference for the environment. - You will handle inter-company transactions for your assigned projects. - You will be responsible for budgeting of time, cash flow and contribution margin. - You will do costing, closure of project and account reconciliation, final report and financial follow-up on guarantee projects. The experience we are looking for includes: - Experience from similar project, ideally within Power Generation sector or major construction - Solid skills in SAP & Excel - Strong communication skills across all levels in an organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
