Responsibilities: - Providing telecom usage analysis and billing, customer service, and report internally and to customer. - Troubleshooting of mobile service and dealing with customers & telecom service providers in Europe. Key accountabilities: Customer Service (Mobile admin helpdesk) - Support various issues related to mobile networks (Mobile connection, VoIP, Wi-Fi, Mobile device management etc.) - Issuance of new mobile numbers, number porting, number disconnection/ cancellation, applying tariff change, etc. - Process service orders from customer - Keep updates and records. Billing - Produce and organize usage data from various sources in order to issue invoice to customers - Input data to create SAP invoices Reporting - Produce monthly report (Mobile, VoIP, Wi-Fi etc.) for European customers Skills - Advanced Excel skills - Quick learner and willing to learn - Strong analytical thinker and problem solver - Good attention to detail - Good oral and written communication skills focused on customer service - Knowledge of mobile networks operations would be beneficial - Knowledge of billing system and process is desirable - Experience in data analysis in Excel, SAP system - Experience working in customer service Networkers acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers and is part of Gattaca Plc.
