Job Title: Learning Specialist
Contract: Full Time- Permanent
About the role
The Learning Specialist will ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects primarily for the New Leaders. This would also include being accountable for coordinating and planning large or small scale training programs. Included in this the individual will manage the scheduling, enrolment and ensure setup for a successful delivery of virtual and onsite classes.
What will you do?
·Communicate appropriate program details to customers including training objectives, duration, date/time and pre-work information.
·Coordinate all the logistics for training classes including scheduling the room, food, materials, registration, materials and equipment arrangements
·Track all costs related to the training logistics and ensure alignment with overall budgets
·Report on key training metrics including class surveys, costs, registration to attendance ratios and attendance to survey completion
·Perform administration and maintenance in the Learning Management System, including the creation of training schedules
·Manage stakeholders across multiple levels and work closely with them to provide strategic and solution guidance
·Looking at ways to continuously improve waysin which Training is delivered and the processes that surround this
Do you have?
·Previous vendor management and experience in managing training events
·Critical thinking/judgement- recognise and anticipate situations and what next steps might follow
·Good level of experience in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
·Ideally experience in: Cornerstone, LMS Knowledge, Slack, Degreed.com
·Ability to prioritise and adapt to a very fast-paced environment
·Confident working under pressure and to tight deadlines
·Capable of thinking on your feet and reacting quickly to situations
