Lloyd Recruitment the East Grinstead branch are seeking a Legal Team Assistant to join a very well established company based in Crawley, West Sussex. Salary is dependent on experience This role is working 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday Responsibilities - Deal with basic customer queries and general administration - E-mail management - Fielding and screening telephone calls - Dealing with/directing new enquiries - Setting up client meetings - Diary management - Checking and distributing client documentation - Supporting billing & financial management activities as required - Uploading customer documentation, closing and archiving customer files Administrative - Diary management, arrange customer meetings, organise travel arrangements, - Arrange or, where not appropriate, conduct photocopying, printing, organising couriers, sending out of letters, faxes etc. - Support team in marketing activities - Check correspondence, documents, reports, faxes etc. before they are passed to the relevant department and undertake basic/minor amendments where appropriate - Type urgent/short/confidential correspondence and emails - Produce and maintain Excel spreadsheets as required Requirements - Experience in a customer service environment - Previous experience of working within the Legal sector - Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint - Excellent telephone manner - Excellent communication, organisational and team skills - Excellent attention to detail - Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative - Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines NB: Unfortunately due to the high volume of applications received by Lloyd Recruitment Services, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates.
