Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support - Northampton

Service Desk Analyst with good customer service skills urgently required to join a growing service desk team in Northampton

As a Service Desk Analysts you will be fielding calls, fixing the issues where appropriate and escalating to the next level, all whilst providing outstanding customer service. You will be working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 7am-7pm depending on shift pattern on that day.

As a 1st line support engineer your core responsibilities will include:
.To provide a focal point of communication and technical escalation
.To liaise with all other internal departments and external partners
.Co-ordination of all service functions within specified range

Key Skills for the successful Service Desk Analyst:
.Technical Helpdesk experience
.Customer Service experience
.Windows Vista
.MS Office, Outlook, Local\Roaming profile, Active Directory & Exchange as well as experience of remote support.
.Knowledge of hardware - Desktop PC's, Laptops & Printers
