HR Information's Systems Analyst Frimley £35,000 - £45,000 per annum The Company My client provides facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They are a UK FTSE 250 business and have grown our revenue, profit and earnings per share for over 23 consecutive years; we have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best. My client is looking for a HR Information's Systems Analyst to be responsible for data reporting and analysis as well as system integrity and improvements. Main Duties Include: - Working closely with the HR aligned IT Business Partner to ensure new Technology is scoped correctly to fit the business. - Participate and lead where required, workshops to engage business leaders when implementing new HR Technology - Assist in launching new HR Technology and ensuring business fully understands the benefits of self-service - Work with wider HR teams to ensure technology in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and others has a two way feed with SAP - Be a strategic contributor to the HR Service Operations team to support them in developing a well-rounded, cost effective and sustainable People Data Business Intelligence Service - Lead a project to data cleanse SAP HR system, getting buy in and support from business Leaders - Person Specification: - Proven experience of managing large HR teams, with the ability to lead and motivate - Ability to challenge and influence key decision makers with an assertive and confident approach - Excellent Employment Legislation knowledge - Proficiency in SAP HR and payroll system or another recognised HR database - Ability to travel - Clean driving licence If you are interested please apply today
