This is your chance to join us. In this role, you'll sit within the Network and Service Operations department. In a fast paced, ever-changing environment your main focus will be to work closely with other departments within the business to ensure we are delivering a smooth service to our customers. The nature of this role is highly reactive; when confronted with problematic situations, being confident in making quick and informed decisions is crucial. Day-to-day responsibilities will consist of maintaining our existing systems whilst sourcing and implementing new ones that will improve service performance and quality. What you'll do: - Ensure all services and systems are sufficiently monitored and alarmed - Maintain effective incident and risk management - Take part in a callout rota to ensure we meet our 24/7 operational support service - Regularly update all system and service document - Deliver required level of service to protect a key business revenue stream and meet performance KPI's. You'll definitely: - Be competent in working with Nokia HLR and HSS - Have a good knowledge and understanding of IN & VAS services - Have proven experience in 24/7 real time service support - Be confident in handling and resolving operational incidents - Liaise with internal and external customers, vendors and suppliers.
