Helpdesk Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Operations, Support, VoIP, SIP, Hosted Telephony, Telecoms, Customer Service, Invoice VIQU are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join a growing business that specifically provide IT and Telephony focused services to organisations across the Midlands. Ideally you will have worked in a similar area previously experience in a similar environment, where you will have been responsible for scheduling and coordinating engineers to visit sites, order equipment for customers or get prices for quotations, raising invoices and supporting the monthly bill run. Day-to-day responsibilities: - - Answer incoming calls from existing customers, understand issue and escalate to relevant point in business - Add new billing products to customer accounts - Schedule engineering internally or third-party engineering as required - Order equipment and materials as and when required - Monitor licence expirations and order new licences as required - Raising sales quotations This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is passionate about customer service and wants to work in a tight-knit, friendly working environment.
