Our client, a prefessional and internationally renowned specialist retailer, is seeking a driven and confident IT Support Technician to assist with providing reporting and integrations solutions for the business using Microsoft .net technologies. This is a newly designed role for the company and fulfills a key role within the operational team. Working within documented specifications, you will: - Define, develop and deliver technical solutions to meet business requirements within a time frame, utilising a variety of resources and colleague input. - Carry out testing and implementation of solutions. - Create and maintain technical documentation for delivered solutions. You will be an eager learner, able to demonstrate the following: - Attention to detail. - Ability to pick up new skills. - Good communication. - Logical approach to solutions. - Disciplined with regard to deadlines. - Flexible in approach to tasks. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in an IT-related subject area, have experience of using SQL relational database and an understanding of SSRS, SSIS & SSAS. Working hours: to have some flexibility between 0830 and 1730 Mon-Fri (37.5-40 hours per week)
