Do you have experience of the Motor trade? Are you familiar with the accounting processes within Car Dealerships? Are you looking for the next step in your career? If so you could be the next Training and Implementation Consultant for Pinewood Technologies. Pinewood create the Pinnacle DMS, the most forward thinking Dealer Management System to the Motor Trade here in the UK. Pinewood Technologies have been experiencing fantastic growth over the past few years your task would be to deliver Dealer Management Systems training to our clients. With a particular focus on our accounting based clients you will ensure the clients and their end-users enjoy a smooth transition to the new software - which will see you deliver training, presentations and implementation support to end-users and department Managers. Be that to train users on how to get the most out of their system and assist with implementation projects. Working nationally with a range of clients you will analyse business requirements and map these to the functionality in the DMS before spending time on site at the dealerships during the implementation this will require a flexible attitude with regards to travel as you need to be present at customer sites for critical work and ongoing support. As a successful Training and Implementation Consultant you will be able to demonstrate the following: Essential - Evidence of your ability to handle objections - The ability to work with others and collaborate. - Great communication skills both written and verbally - Understanding of accountancy or accounting systems - A full and current Driving license - Experience of the motor trade Desirable - Project Management skills - Dealer Management Systems skills, specifically Pinnacle - Technical Author skills - Evidence of skills developed in presenting to or training small groups of business users - Evidence of training skills developed in a Microsoft based environment If you want to take the next step in your career with a company where you will be able to learn whilst making a real difference to customers then click apply!
