Sales Ledger and Accounts Assistant (9 Month FTC) £16,000 per annum Fareham, Hampshire Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 CSG is a nationwide award winning waste management company specialising in the transport and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger and Accounts Assistant to join this national, award winning company, based in our state of the art head offices in Fareham on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting time to join our team; we are currently expanding due to our strong standing within the industry and excellent reputation for the quality. Role Responsibilities: - To provide professional administrative support to the Sales Ledger Team Leader & Financial Controller. - Provide a professional administrative support service to the Credit Control Team. - To provide a professional administrative support service to the Purchase Ledger Team. - To provide a professional administrative support service to the Invoicing Team. - Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policy and behaviours. Person Specification: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Computer literate. - Results orientated, self-starter who delivers to deadlines. - Excellent team working skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. - Experience within a similar sector would be desirable, however, is not essential.
