Invoice Assistant French + German Location: Port Talbot, South Wales Hourly Rate: £10.27 Hours: 36.5 hours per week PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABILITY TO SPEAK FRENCH IS ESSENTIAL, AND ABILITY TO SPEAK GERMAN IS DESIREABLE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE Function overview The Finance department has recently implemented a new structure, which is aligned with and can effectively support the new company operating model. This includes delivering a world class accounting, operational and analytical reporting service to UK and European business areas from a centralised department in Port Talbot with new opportunities being created as a result Purpose/Responsibilities: The Associates in the Transactions teams of the Accounting & Transactions Centre of Excellence (ATCE) will be responsible for providing core transactional services to the business in line with agreed SLA's, ensuring service is delivered to internal and external customers as required, playing a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and ATCE success. Person Specification/Requirements In order to be considered for this position, you should: * Be fluent French and German speaker * Posses relevant accounting qualification and/or relevant experience * Be educated to a good standard * Have a sound working knowledge of Accounting Software packages including SAP * Be IT literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft office in particular excel; SAP experience is desirable * Work accurately with a strong focus on attention to detail Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
