HR Administrator / Graduate We are currently looking for an HR Graduate to join our Office Admin team. You will have a great new position opening new aspects of HR and making it your own. This role covers all essential HR administration - processing starters and leavers, drafting employment contracts, updating and maintaining our client's HR Systems and files, training administration, responding to basic email and phone queries and liaising with payroll as well as acting as a point of contact for colleagues in their business. There will also be opportunities to support the wider HR team with projects. The right person will need to be both accurate and proactive - responding and dealing with queries before they become issues. This is a fast-paced environment, so to be successful in the role you will need to have great attention to detail, excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work confidentially. Ideally, you will have previous experience in general administration and/or HR Dealing with HR and personnel system Inductions, training, disciplines and all personnel matters Monthly KPI reporting Office management and maintenance coordination Safe contractor status Health and Safety management Environmental policy adherence Modern slavery policy adherence Quality and ISO accreditation
