Senior Systems Engineer - High Tech Clean Power A high tech, innovative engineering company needs a Senior Systems Engineer to enable its customers and partners to be market leaders in providing the world with viable and reliable low carbon power! As a leader in the development of UK fuel cell technology you as the Senior Systems Engineer will provide a systems engineering framework to capture customer requirements and turn them into engineering design. You will have excellent people skills, taking a pivotal communication and coordination role between the various technical and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities of Senior Systems Engineer: * Working with customers and the commercial team to capture requirements and act as an advocate for the customer. * Provide support to technical leads with systems engineering documentation and presentations. * Ensure systems engineering processes are implemented and maintained in accordance with organisational needs. * Review of Project Test plans and Test procedures. Skills and Experience: * Masters/Bachelor Degree in a Science/Engineering related subject. * Proven full lifecycle experience of at least one major technical field (preferably mechanical or thermo fluids). * Confident practitioner in some/most of the following fields: o Requirements management o Systems architecture/interface modelling. o User of requirements management tools, architecture modelling tools o Behavioural/Operational concept/RAMS modelling. o Safety Analysis Techniques (HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, FTA, GSN). o Systems Integration and Test. o Cost engineering and through life cost modelling.
