Marketing Manager - Property - West End - £45-50,000 The Role How do you fancy working in a creative and rewarding environment? RH Creative are currently partnering with a fresh thinking property business to recruit for a Marketing Manager, based in their luxury Mayfair offices. Reporting to the Marketing Director with a dotted line to the COO you will be responsible for a variety of areas, these will include; Marketing Strategy - Devise and implement the B2C marketing & PR strategy for the brand alongside the Marketing Director. - Support the B2B Marketing Director with pitches and presentations to key clients. - Set and manage the central marketing budget to help support overall business objectives. - Be creative and innovative; ensuring we are one step ahead of the competition for marketing approaches, systems and initiatives. Online Marketing - Work with the Digital Agency to develop the brand website. - Manage the on-going digital and SEO strategy to ensure maximum exposure for the brand. - Evaluate the requirement and manage the build of an App to add value to the customer experience. - Ensure the website is updated as required to reflect any changes due to availability, calls to action, show flat opening hours and staff changes. - Manage relationships with all Third Party websites and provide statistics on their return on investment. - Devise and manage the Social Media strategy for the brand and local schemes. Local Marketing Plans - Produce annual marketing budgets for each scheme and ensure that all marketing activity is carried out within budget. - Develop a marketing plan template to be used at all schemes, detailing all marketing activities to achieve full occupancy at each location. - Ensure that all marketing activity is carried out as per the marketing plan, working with the design, print and digital agencies to produce campaigns within brand guidelines. - Monitor lettings performance against KPIs and advise and support the Operations Team on actions to drive bookings. New Schemes Marketing Strategy - Develop a specific Marketing strategy for new schemes currently under construction. - Create a Marketing Signage strategy and develop a suite of signage options for future schemes - Advise the Operations Team on optimum sales approaches and incentives to drive off plan bookings and raise awareness schemes in new locations General Marketing Activity - Co-ordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional items for each scheme. - Monitor the Site Team's use of Social Media and the CRM system and conversion of enquiries into lettings. Report any deficiencies to the Operations Managers. - Support the operations team with undertaking mystery shopping exercises and surveys, providing analysis and feedback for any areas of improvement on general service delivery, sales performance and customer service. - Monitor competitor marketing activities in the Build to Rent and wider housing market. Client Relationships - Liaise regularly with high level corporate clients, providing updates on lettings performance and marketing activity, making recommendations on overall marketing strategy and tactical activity as and when required. - Contribute to business proposals and participate in presentations and pitches to win new business Your Profile To be successful in this role you will have: - Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a busy, varied marketing role managing several projects at once and confident at prioritising workload - Come from a property background - Have experience in CMS systems (e.g Wordpress) and Social Media Management (e.g Buffer) - Be both strategic yet tactical and be strong in digital as well as traditional marketing methods. - The Company My client are a forward thinking and dynamic property business taking their market by storm.
