East Midlands Trains are on the hunt for a CRM Executive to work on our industry leading customer insight programme to maximise our understanding of customers and add value to our organisation. You will be working with data and insights from our Single Customer View (SCV). The CRM Executive will:- - Work with our CRM Manager to implement approved strategy, executing personalised communication plans to targeted customers, achieving specific objectives in the market area. - Design and structure campaigns based on customer and data insights as well as business goals. - Drive customer engagement measured by Open & Click-through rates of targeted communications. - Plan & deliver customer journeys through customer segmentation - Manage all content within emails/sms to ensure they remain applicable - Create business rules based around data to action personalised communications - Use data to A/B test metrics such as content, timing and delivery plus channel preferences to optimise customer engagement. - Work with our Income Analysis teams to understand the impact of data on business revenues using the scenario planner and value matrix - Use data insight to make business cases and decisions relating to CRM. - Achieve KPI's for deliverability, customer interest, revenue and churn rates - Perform detailed Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure customer communication journeys run as desired - Become the subject matter expert for email and sms retention. - Report on segmentation movement, revenue and other traditional email KPI's such as open rates and click thru's To be great in this role you should have a general love of data and numbers combined with an experience in Marketing. Great analytical skills and experience of handling large data sets either via a database or Single Customer View, would also be great. You should have experience of managing and leveraging CRM systems, as well as working with and managing 3rd party suppliers. If combined with all of the above you've even worked with Email Service Providers this would be a great bonus. Throw in some HTML skills and a continuous improvement approach then you're beginning to sound like an ideal candidate. Finally you need to be a great juggler to manage multiple projects on budget and on time.
