Job Title: Digital Learning Manager Full time and field based Reports to: Head of Learning & Organisation Development We are looking for a Digital Learning Manager to advance our HR digital strategy and deliver customer focused digital initiatives. Stonegate Pub Company is already known for setting the bar with innovation on digitally based learning and the Digital Learning Manager will become an integral part of that L&D team. The successful candidate will have experience of developing digital learning products along with first rate communication and organisational skills. You will be able to build effective working relationships and to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of managing digital projects would be favourable and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong customer focus as well as meticulous attention to detail with an ability to deliver projects to tight schedules. What youll be doing You will be the key liaison point for the development of Stonegates digital strategy and will deliver key digital initiatives to meet customer needs. You will develop and represent Stonegates L&D strategy connect with customers to understand their needs input into platform roadmaps and technical requirements deliver cross-list digital projects, creating project plans and managing resources, budget and schedules report on progress including risks and issues provide expert knowledge on digital product development to colleagues present on Stonegates digital products to internal and external customers The Digital Learning Manager will: have experience of managing digital learning products understand the opportunities and constraints of working with digital technologies be able to empathise with customers have excellent communication and organisational skills be a strong relationship builder be able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders have experience of content production or editorial work be able to interpret complex project plans and requirements documents be a proactive thinker who works with enthusiasm
